A flow sensor is a device used in measuring flow volume of liquids or gases and then convert the acquired raw signal into readable information. Misensor provides our clients with various specified flow switches and sensors to meet their needs.

A flow switch can be installed in the channel to monitor flow volume of liquids, air or other gaseous media through a system. In the cases when the flow volume exceeds or drops below the pre-set point, a series of actions will be triggered, such as activating an alarm. Then the corresponding instructions will be given by the system to adjust the required behavior and avoid the accidents like burning.

A flow sensor is placed in the water system, aiming to monitor, report and control the flow volume of liquids in the real time. The paddles or magnetic patches in the sensors can be rotated by whatever substance is flowing by, and the pulse signals are sent from Hall element to the controller which can finally display the flow volume. A position sensor is an electronic device that can detect the movement or position of an object and convert the information into readable signals. They can be divided into two main catagories based on the types of output signals. One is position switch and the other is displacement sensor, for similar purposes.

A position switch is used to detect whether an object has reached the pre-set position, which output the switching value to reflect the final status. The position switches can be used in the position detection of machine tools, modules, workpieces and workbenches. Also, they can be applied in the signal detection of elevators for floor setting, speed regulating, elevator door controls etc.

A displacement sensor can acquire the continuous position change of a target object, which is different from the mechanism of position switches. A temperature sensor is an electronic device that can measure temperature of an object and convert the input data into readable signals. The sensing elements with high accuracy and negative temperature coefficient (NTC) are equipped in Misensor’s products which are fully customizable for packaging and interface designing. Besides, our temperature sensors can couple with magnetic sensitive temperature switches to activate an alarm when the temperature signal is out of the available range.
